Susi Bettelli

Managing Director

Susi began her pharmaceutical career at Serono in 1980, advancing to managerial roles in Research and Development. Living in Switzerland since 1997, she joined Serono's Geneva HQ to enhance decision-making processes worldwide. After Serono's merger with Merck KGaA, she maintained her leadership role, promoting integration between the two companies. In 2008, she founded IKU Consulting to offer innovative management solutions. Additionally, she established Apicentre, a Swiss non-profit for supporting declining bee populations (www.apicentre.buzz).

Andrea Flussi

Director of Operations

Andrea co-founded IKU Consulting with Susi in 2008, handling HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Over fifteen years, she has assisted C-Suite executives, mainly in healthcare, in refining their Vision and Mission through Strategic Business Plans. She has translated top management's vision into strategic initiative portfolios, monitored progress against tangible, measurable operational goals, linked to performance management and MBO systems, and evaluated corporate skills and potential. Andrea has also played a key role in M&A activities, leading due diligence processes. Additionally, she's a board member of the Worthy Children Foundation, a Swiss foundation promoting innovative education methods for children with neurological diseases (www.worthychildren.org).

Claudia Cecalupo

Associate Director

Claudia boasts nearly 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, gained in a multinational company, showcasing robust project management and process skills. She has held cross-functional roles, responsible for preparing and aiding strategic business decisions, working closely with top management in governance and decision-making processes, and evaluating projects at crucial development stages. Claudia combines strong analytical abilities with a dynamic and flexible leadership style, driven by a global perspective. She has been successful in establishing project-based organizational processes and internal guidelines, developing cross-functional tools and training modules, and playing a key role in strategic planning and project portfolio management. This includes setting pipeline objectives, analyzing performance, and handling reporting and communications.
